Helpling.ae is an online platform. We connect our website users with cleaning service providers. You can make a booking for a one-time cleaning or schedule regular cleanings in three easy steps:

Helpling is not a cleaning company. We are an online platform matching customers with cleaning service providers. The hourly rates are transparently presented on our website. No more waiting on quotes. No hidden costs.

You can register at the time of your first booking. After a successful booking you will receive a confirmation email with a link to create a password and login to your Helpling account.

If you have forgotten your password when attempting to log in, simply enter your email address and click "forgot password". We will send you an email with a link to create a new password.

We will send you a confirmation email directly after receiving your online booking. Once we have found you a suitable Helpling, you will receive a second email confirming all booking details including date, time and who your allocated Helpling provider is.

Our booking system will ask you how many rooms and bathrooms need to be cleaned. It will also ask if you require additional cleaning services (such as ironing or inside oven cleaning) and then provide you with the estimated time necessary for your booking.

If the cleaner informs us that they require more time than booked we will contact you for approval. The minimum booking duration is 3 hours.

You can cancel or amend your booking up to 24 hours before the cleaning is scheduled free of charge. Any cancellation or amendment made less than 24 hours before the cleaning is scheduled to begin will incur cancellation costs equivalent to 50% of the cleaning fee. A booking cannot be cancelled less than 12 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not happy with the cleaning result we will ask your Helpling provider to return and re-clean until you are satisfied.

Helpling screens all its cleaners through a strict process and does a complete background check including visa verification.

This is entirely up to you. We recommend that you are there at least for your first booking. This allows for any questions to be answered and specific requirements communicated directly with your cleaner.

Absolutely. In your account you can see who you have previously booked. Simply select your preference when you book again.

You can add cleaning supplies to your booking for an extra charge of 10 AED/hr.

Yes! You will receive a feedback email after your cleaning has been completed. Complete the short survey and tell us anything else you would like us to know about your Helpling and the cleaning service they provided you.

The hourly rate starts from 35 AED/hr.
Bookings less than 4 hours have an hourly rate of 40 AED, with a minimal of 3 hours per booking. Fridays and Overtime are charged with an extra fee of 15 AED per hour. This includes all services in our Standard Cleaning Package which you can review at the time of booking. Additional services (such as ironing or inside oven cleaning) add extra time to the booking and will be charged at the same rate. Cleaning materials can be provided for 10 AED per hour.
